All items on our website are currently in stock. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days pending credit card and Zip Pay verification. Orders made on a weekend or public holiday will be processed the following business day.
Items will be sent out via Express Post please allow 2-3 business days for shipping. For all orders in Australia a postage and handling fee of AUD$15.00 will be added to your order, if the order is under $300. For all orders over $300 postage is included.
For orders outside of Australia a flat rate of $35.00 is added to your cart. Delivery dates will vary depending on your location
All postage fees are non-refundable.
Return Policy
We will accept returns due to
change of mind within 30 days of purchase under the following
conditions:
- Items
must not be worn during this time.
- The
barcode sticker must remain intact on the item.
- The
item is not a custom-made piece. If the item has been made to order,
re-sized, altered in any way. No refund will be issued.
- Postage
fees and merchant fees will be deducted from the refund amount. This will
vary depending on the amount spent, payment method used and the method of
postage.
- A
maximum of two returns for refund per calendar year is permitted
per client. If this limit is exceeded, refunds or store credits will not
be issued.
If an item is faulty, we will refund the full cost of the item.

To care for your pearls always avoid all chemicals near your pearls do not spray perfume, hair spray or any other chemical on your pearls. After each wear of your pearls polish off any perspiration with a soft cloth such as a micro fiber cloth for cleaning glasses . The sweat from your skin can damage and discolor pearls if left on the surface for long periods of time. Do not wear pearl jeweler in a hot shower, sauna or spa bath as hot water will damage the glue used to secure the pearl. If you notice any loose thread or spacing in your pearl strand it needs to be re threaded as soon as possible.
All products purchased from Aquarian Pearls will come with a certificate of authenticity. This is a declaration that the pearls are of natural colour, lustre and shape.
Yes we do offer Lay-By.
Our Lay-by Terms are as follows;
1. ELIGIBILITY
- Lay-by is available for purchases over $500.00
2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS
- A minimum deposit of 20% of the total purchase price is required to start a lay-by.
- The remaining balance must be paid in fortnightly instalments over a maximum period of 6 months
- Payments can be made in-store, via EFT or over the phone with a credit card.
- You may choose to pay off the lay-by early at any time without penalties.
3. COLLECTION & OWNERSHIP
- The jewellery remains the property of Aquarian Pearls until the final payment is made.
- Once fully paid, the jewellery must be collected or an arrangement to post within 14 days
4. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- If you cancel your lay-by or fail to complete payments within the agreed timeframe, we may cancel the lay-by and return the item to stock.
- A cancellation fee of 10% of total price will be deducted from any refund.
- If payments are not made for 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the lay-by without notice.
- Refunds (excluding the cancellation fee) will be issued in the original payment method.
5. CHANGES & EXCHANGES
- Lay-by items cannot be swapped for another product once the lay-by has been set up.
- If you wish to upgrade or change your lay-by item, a new lay-by agreement must be created.
6. SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM JEWELLERY
- Lay-by on special orders or custom-made jewellery requires a non-refundable deposit of 50%
- No cancellations or changes are allowed on special orders once production has started.
7. FAILURE TO COMPLY
- Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the lay-by.
- We reserve the right to refuse future lay-by purchases if previous lay-bys were cancelled due to non-payment.
8. GENERAL TERMS
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your lay-by will apply.
- By setting up a lay-by, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
