Brentwood 2-Speed Corded Hand Blender (Red)

After reading many reviews from different brands, I decided to go with this one. I have used it several times all with successful results. The buttons are located in a good spot to depress with your fingers. They are a little stiffer (but not too bad) to depress which is good since you don’t want to accidentally push one and turn the blade on when not ready. You do have to give it a little bit of force. The shape of the handle fits my hand comfortably. The unit itself is pretty powerful. I was mixing a breakfast milkshake and started out on low but tried “high” and it was too powerful that it literally was sucking the unit to the bottom of the container. The metal shaft does detach for easy cleaning. I did not experience any issues with it over heating or having any smell. This unit it great for making bread crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, milkshakes, whipped potatoes, soups, purees, etc. The color is very nice and the metal parts are a plus. I am very thrilled with this purchase!
