3 Ounce Water Finding Paste

I purchased this to test the fuel in my neighbor’s boat. After pulling a sample from his fuel line and one from the tank, we left them to sit in mason jars to see if there had been any separation. Although none was seen, we put a smear of the paste on two index cards and dipped them into the jars. No indication. We tested a control sample with some water mixed in with the fuel, and the color instantly jumped to red. I’m not sure if its able to indicate how much water is in the fuel (different shades), but it definitely did tell me that the control was contaminated. This is great stuff and saved us time in diagnosing an issue, as well as the time and cost of potentially having to polish all of that fuel.
