Yens® Fantasybag 3-Zipper Fanny Pack-Black, FN-03

UPDATE #3: It’s now almost 2022 and I purchased this in 2016. Still going strong! Still need to post some new pics to show the wear over time, but if there’s one thing this fanny pack has, it’s endurance.UPDATE #2: It’s been more than two years, and I still use it all the time. Wear has become obvious on the interior; I’ll have to upload some pics to demonstrate, but it’s nothing that gets in the way of use. Still very happy with it. :)UPDATE: Almost a year later, I’m still using this every day. Still virtually like new. I love this fanny pack. I didn’t end up adding patches or spikes, but I may still. Keeping my baton close to the buckle eventually made the buckle break, but it was the piece of the plastic that housed the insertion part of the buckle and I was able to wrap some electrical tape around it and have had no further problems (but have stopped carrying my baton to extend the life of the buckle).ORIGINAL: I’ve had this fanny pack for a few months now and I adore it just as much now as when I first got it. The clip is as sturdy as expected. I keep my 16″ baton (in holster) on the band on the right side, which means it creates extra strain on the clip, unfortunately. (But I’m right handed so it’s much easier to remove the baton from that side in case of emergency. I’m considering trying to replace the clip at some point, and I may have to do it eventually if I keep carrying my baton on that side.)The carrying capacity is AWESOME. I can fit so much in there! My friends have called it my “mary poppins bag.” Lol. I can fit my Galaxy S5 with its bulky case, an iPod touch, a pack of gum, spare keys, my actual keys on their lanyard, a compact, several pens, and lipstick in the main compartment WITH ROOM TO SPARE. The front pocket is perfect for keeping my cards that I use regularly, and the back pocket (facing waist) is great for added security: good for keeping cash and irregularly-used cards.I’m never going back to carrying purses. This has been such an amazing investment–and it’s hardly anything to invest!I’ll be adding patches and spikes later on, as the material (canvas-ish?) is totally modifiable. And it’s pretty water resistant, too.
