I ordered these because they are about half the cost of arrows from a named distributor. I have a lighter bow than what these are rated for, but I wanted to try a heavier arrow to see how it affected my shooting. I also wanted to review them and provide information about the spine rating. It wasn’t in the product description, so I thought it might be on the arrows themselves.The spine rating is not included. I think this is basic information that is needed to buy arrows, but I presume that’s what contributed to the recommended poundage. I really like these arrows, though, despite this shortcoming. I thought that having too heavy of a spine would cause them to fly left (I’m a right handed shooter) but that turned out not to be the case. The arrows feel solidly built and are a good bit wider than my other carbon arrows, which are very light. They do have flex to them. The tips are removable and screw out easily if they need replacing or if someone wanted to use broadheads or small game arrows. The knocks may not be glued in. I can twist them around with my fingers, but it takes significant enough effort that I don’t feel they’ll pop off or move during normal use. In my 50 or so shots with these arrows, the knocks have not moved. On the plus side, they seem like they would be easy to remove if you prefer a different knock. What’s strange to me is that I’m definitely MORE accurate with these arrows. Clearly they are too heavy and have a heavier spine than is recommended for my #20ish bow, but my lateral accuracy improved dramatically when using them over the light weight, light spine arrows rated for my bow. Maybe the heavier weight compensates for all the little things that make me less accurate (I shoot off of the shelf and I’m an amateur). I also really enjoy the look of them. The green and white looks slick. There is also a collar around the fletchings to protect them, which is a nice touch. Overall I recommend them, but you may be rolling the dice a bit on if they will work as well for you as your current arrows due to the lack of a spine rating. For me the gamble was worth it! [...]
