First off, I am using them since you can work with them to make them usable.If you expect these to replace your existing earpads, they would only work as direct replacements for very cheap small earpiece headphones.In my Logitech H800 case, the “made for” replacements wore out quickly, were three time the price of these, and did not fit very well anyway. So, I got these for the insane price for 20 to see if I could make do.They do cover the plastic headset speaker are, but they are so thin as to be uncomfortable. These foam pads do stretch fairly well without tearing if careful. One set is too thin to provide adequate comfort. So, I carefully pulled a second over the first; yes they do stretch to do that. So, as my review states, they are usable. I also now have 4 replacements sets if double them up. They look a little dumb on my headset based on their small diameter, but they are functional and fairly comfortable with two sets on each of the earpieces.
